The Money Tree
Can You Say No To Extra $$$$$$$ ?

It’s hard to believe, isn’t it, that a simple product like The Fitz Like A Glove™ Ironing Board Cover, that retails for $39.95, has put more than $1 Million into the coffers of others.
But it’s true.
Small and larger businesses, clubs, schools, special events, worthy causes, et al. My products have generated more than $1 Million for others, just by selling one product at a time.
It started with the Guide Dogs Association of NSW/ACT in October 1995.
They are telemarketing experts and sell products via telephone marketing to raise funds to train Guide Dogs and Pets As Therapy Dogs.

When I first contacted them, not only were they lukewarm to cold to my approach, but they were completely resistant to the idea of offering anything as undesirable as an ironing board cover.
And I was offended they thought The Fitz Like A Glove™ Ironing Board Cover was like every other ironing board cover.

At the close of my telephone conversation with their Telemarketing Manager, Ann Roberts, in 1995, I said she didn’t know what she was saying ‘No!’ to, and Victor and I would be in our car at 4AM the next morning to drive the 4 hours to visit her to show her what I was talking about.
And then hung up before Ann could say another word.
The next day, we arrived, we showed and we left.

The trip back to Ilford was with a trial order for 50 covers.
By the time we arrived back at our property, there was a faxed order for 500. They sold the trial order for 50 in half an hour!
Soon The Association For The Blind in WA was on board, then Guide Dogs SA/NT.
Although the Guide Dogs Associations are commercial transactions, we found it a very rewarding experience to know that The Fitz Like A Glove™ Ironing Board Cover is helping to train dogs to improve the quality of life of others.
Which is in keeping with why the cover was developed in the first place. To help Victor’s mother, Rita, iron safely while recovering from a stroke.

It was a commercial decision of ours to stay out of the retail network. We’re too small and the market segments for our innovative products are more niche than mainstream.
But we’re like any other business. We need to find avenues for distribution.
So we combined our love for helping others with our need to expand our business.
Which turned out to be much easier than I imagined.
I’ve established a straightforward program which offers all of Simple Solution’s products to organisations which have a need to generate extra revenue for their own business or a worthy cause.

It’s called The Money Tree.
Because for you, it’s as simple as money growing on trees.
Every time a product is purchased from Simple Solutions by someone using your Unique Purchasing Code, or a tracking link from your website, I make a payment of 20% of the revenue, excluding the postage and handling cost, back to your business or organisation.
And it’s all care with no hard work on your part. I’ve made it especially easy for you to participate because no one, including me, wants to take on things that are too hard to do.
I receive the orders, do all the processing, banking and parcel despatch. There is only one thing you have to do.
Just one.
All you have to do is promote the Simple Solutions product range within your business, organisation or club.

Promotion is the key to success. You need to promote The Money Tree to receive the benefit of dollars in your coffers.
You can also give your purchasing code to members of your family, your co-workers, friends and business associates.
For instance, The Classic Log Lugger is a favourite with firewood merchants.
For those merchants who have websites, they have a unique link to this site. When an order is placed, I know where the order originated.
These fuel merchants also include a Unique Purchasing Code on their invoices to their customers. They put this code alongside information about The Classic Log Lugger. This is another way of promoting this product to customers of merchants who have no online presence.
And they watch their money tree grow over time.
My criteria are quite simple.

All organisations who participate in The Money Tree are approved by me.
For two reasons.
First. I have 15 years experience with my product range and know that my products appeal to men and women who want to buy quality.
My products do not work on sites that are offering bargains at super cheap prices.
Second. My existing joint venture partners in The Money Tree expect all members to be as professional as they are.
As with all successful ventures, the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle have to fit together perfectly.
If you are a business which has an affinity with my product range and which attracts similar customers, we’re a perfect fit.
Or you can be a non-profit organisation or a business of any size which is raising money for a worthy cause. And you want to offer more than chocolates and donuts. In your case, there has to be a bank account dedicated to that cause so I can write a cheque to that account for deposit.
There’s no minimum order. Remember, my products have generated revenue in excess of $1 Million for others, one product at a time.
There’s also no time limit.
And you agree to put in place a method for promoting The Money Tree.
I do have a few exclusions.
In the case of non-profit organisations, there are causes I will not support.
They are the promotion and condoning of:
Pornography and Paedophilia
Drug Taking and Abuse
Anarchist Activities
Child and Animal Abuse
Et Al

How does it work?
First, you ring me, Carol Jones, in rural NSW on 02 63 588 511 to join.
I prefer a two way telephone conversation so we can discuss what’s best for you.
If we’re a good fit for each other, I give you a Unique Purchasing Code as well as a Unique Online Link to use when anyone purchases on behalf of your business or organisation.
They can purchase online or offline.
Offline, that Unique Purchasing Code is included with an order, either by telephone, fax, or in the mail. It triggers a payment back to you of 20% of the order, excluding the postage and handling portion of the order.
Online, a website visitor clicks the Unique Online Link you’ve placed on your website which links to this website. It’s a fully trackable link back to you. You can check at any time to see if anyone has made a purchase using your link.
An online order can also be made without a link. If the Unique Purchasing Code is inserted into a box on the online order form, it triggers the same process that allows me to send you a cheque for 20% of that order, excluding postage and handling.
If you’re completely offline, as are many CWA branches, the transactions are done using special brochures I provide for you, with your Unique Purchasing Code printed on them.
But your individual members can still purchase online from this website, using the Unique Purchasing Code printed on the brochure.

I have a full accountability system in place that allows you to know who purchased what and when. This information is mailed to you with every cheque.
Which means you can always check to make sure the visitors from your website to mine have been credited to you.
And if you’re a non-profit organisation, members can always check to see if their order has been credited to your organisation.
What types of organisations use The Money Tree?
Smaller businesses with an online presence from food/cooking sites to craft/sewing sites to firewood merchants to specialty high end online stores.
The Country Women’s Association (CWA) branches throughout Australia.
Corrective Services organisations, such as individual police commands and jails.
Schools for special projects or special events. Such as fund raising for new computers, year end balls and trips to metropolitan concerts and stage shows for schools in rural communities.
Small quilting clubs who donate quilts to local nursing homes and charities.
And large clubs like The Quilters Guild Of NSW.

Special events like funding the cost of a concert to raise money for a worthy cause.
Social clubs within business organisations which raise money for a wide variety of worthy causes. They range from major causes like The Cancer Council to supporting orphanages in third world countries, local soup kitchens for the homeless, and a children’s dirt bike track for a local community.
Book clubs. For example, the purchase of books to donate to the elderly in nursing homes.
Garden clubs. For the restoration of degraded areas.

Regional sporting clubs and social clubs for specific activities.
And it’s all done one product at a time. Which accumulates to something substantial over time.
Many organisations aspire to raise tens of thousands of dollars in a week-end with major fund raising activities.
That’s the realm of large organisations like Rotary, The Black and White Committee and other fund raising organisations who have many feet on the ground to put it all together.
But remember this. Some of what they raise goes to pay for administration and entertainment expenses. So what they net from their gross may not be as much as we think.
Every penny of your 20% from me goes straight into your coffers.
There’s no fine print for anything. All my exclusions are up front and already accounted for. And every product comes with a guarantee.

My Old Fashioned Guarantee To You
I firmly believe you should never have to keep a product that’s faulty or doesn’t meet your expectations.
That’s why everything we make for you comes with a guarantee.
All of our products are made for you with love and care in rural Australia by men and women who have a disability and comes with a 12 Month Replacement Guarantee.
Victor and I have done everything we can to make sure we’ve designed and made them to withstand daily usage. They should not wear out within 12 months. If there is a problem, we pay the postage to have you send your product back to us and we pay the postage to send you a new one. You’re never out of pocket with a faulty product.
Each product is also guaranteed to please you. If you don’t like it for any reason, send it back and you’ll receive a full refund, including your postage and handling.

So what do you think?
Is this one of the ways your business, club or large organisation can boost your coffers, with your only responsibility being some promotional effort on your part?
Ring me, Carol Jones, in rural NSW on 02 63 588 511 and let’s chit chat about it.
Or, Email Me to set a time and date for me to ring you. Don’t forget to include your name and telephone number.
Take care,
Carol

BEVERLEY,
Thank you!
I wrote a post about the great experience I had with you and The Northern Beaches Chorus in my blog Guerrilla From The Bush. It’s called ‘The Cheque Is In The Mail’.
I look forward to a repeat performance.
Take care,
CAROL
From my very own enlightening and enjoyable experience in partaking of the “Money Tree” opportunity, I recommend anyone, approved by Carol Jones, to explore her avenue for fundraising for their particular organisation. Not only will they make their funds “grow”, but everybody who orders through them will reap the benefits of superb products over years to come. And not just that, they will be supporting a quality company who connect with them with the utmost care and respect; who give work to efficient and disabled personel, and who fulfill every detail of professional accountability to the letter. I recommend that they keep thinking “outside the square”, to inform the thousands of other people they rub shoulders with, whom otherwise would have buckleys chance of hearing about Carol Jone’s products, from her rural business at Ilford NSW. I say, “Go on, just step out and try. I guarantee your very soul will also be rewarded”.
